Great Three Passes Trek
Did a solo three week custom trek end of May; based on the Everest Three Passes Trek and I added a Lobuche East summit attempt. The Three Passes are not to be taken lightly as it requires some serious fitness, but it was a fantastic experience. You definitely leave the crowds behind and start truely seeing the region. I can definitely recommend it. Lobuche is NOT an easy summit.
For those looking to hit all the major highlights around Everest, I can definitely recommend this itinerary (summit optional).
The booking process was easy, and the guides and organization knowledgeable and professional. I had a great time from start to finish. My guide was great in his advice, I had no worries about accommodations, and he fought for me like a tiger to at the airline counter when flights were cancelled again and again.
I've had the opportunity to travel with other groups, so I've seen my own guide, but also other guides from this organization tackle problems for their clients in a flexible and very helpful way. If you're worried about your health and physical condition, or otherwise just want to be able to change plans; just go with this company. They know what they're doing and are there if things go wrong.
One tip for those looking to summit: try to bring your own equipment, especially boots, the rented stuff available is not always great.
5 Star Travel Agency
Nepal is a good place for photo shooting. There are nice people and excellent view almost everywhere. Heaven Himalaya is a very good and responsible travel agency. They provide good arrangement of the tour and gave us the best experience.
10/10 experience would definitely recommend
We booked our trip to Gokyo Valley with Heaven Himalaya not knowing what to expect but I can’t recommend them enough! When we arrived at the airport they were there to greet us and to take us to our hotel. The hotels that they arranged for us were really nice and it was so nice that everything was organised and sorted when we arrived.
They organised a day tour of Kathmandu which was really great as we saw all the key sights and our tour guide and driver were great.
We then started the 9 day trek which was one of the most incredible experiences. Our guide Dipak was so fun, knowledgeable and we felt safe for the whole trip. He sorted everything out for us for the trip and nothing was too much. He also recommended that we do the Renjo-La Pass which we hadn’t initially planned because he knew that I wanted good views of Everest! Fully recommend Dipak as a guide and we want him again if we come back!!
The tea houses we stayed in throughout the trip were ideal and had everything that we needed.
Our porter was called Krishna who was amazing. He carried our bags and we were extra impressed when he got them up Renjo-La pass with no problem!! Again really lovely and we were glad to have him with us!
The views are insane and we had the best trip. We are looking at booking again in the next couple of years to do some more trekking and will 100% use Heaven Himalaya.
There are so many different companies running similar treks but I cannot recommend Heaven Himalaya enough. If you are not sure who to go with you won’t regret booking with them!
Nepal landscape and street Photography customised tours
this is our 3rd trip with Heaven Himalaya . our trip takes us to Lo manthang, Chitwan and Manang for some landscape and human interest photography shots. Ram (the boss himself) who understand photography compositions and sunrise sunsets locations, plans the itineraries. Logistics, food . Transport and accomodation well organised. We are able to photograph locations what hikers took many days of hiking to reach . Thank you Ram for the experience.
Solo Female Traveler
I completed the 6 day ABC trek as a solo female traveller with guide Bhimsen and Porter Prakash. I was in the best hands supported every step of the journey to and from Kathmandu. Truly was an experience of a lifetime.
Awesome arrangement + friendly, superhuman guides
I had an amazing experience with Heaven Himalaya recently with their Everest Base Camp and Lobuche climb package.
Everything from my arrival till departure from Kathmandu was well taken care of. The company also has solid connections as they arranged a helicopter evacuation on a very short notice when I was stuck at Lukla with all flights to Kathmandu cancelled due to bad weather.
My trekking guide Surya and porter Paras were top notch. They took very good care of me, even more so than what I asked for. They were true professionals who showed impressive knowledge and experience around the trail. I was initially a bit anxious as I embarked on this expedition solo but they made me feel at home and comfortable at all times. Surya was always a good listener and a great friend on the trail; I really enjoyed his company and contagiously positive friendly attitude.
My climbing guide on Lobuche, Fura, is an absolute super human. He made sure I knew my way with the ropes and safety equipment before we went for the summit push. With me every step of the way, he made sure I had the best experience possible and maximized my chances of summitting while also ensuring safety.
I am definitely choosing Heaven Himalaya (and preferably Surya, Paras and Fura) again for my next Himalayan adventure!
Booked Everest base camp
Where do I start. Wow I had the dream walk of my life booked Everest base camp and I wasn't disappointed. From the time I landed in lukla. What an awesome flight in. But that's another story. I first met Ram he made me feel reassured that I'd made the right choice. There are a lot of guides, I know, but Ram made me feel at ease. Only speaking English I was glad his use of the English language was solid. He could also speak other languages. From the time we left lukla from every village every stop he was there to offer advice on what ever you needed to know from flora, fauna, or just the everyday people you meet. His knowledge was amazing. At every stop he would make sure everything was sorted, accommodation, meals, a warm drink nothing was left unattended to. But he also made time to offer advice about each village and the best places to see or visit while there. Everest base camp was an amazing place to visit and experience im glad I had my friend Ram to show me the way there and back. I went there by myself knowing nobody full of anticipation and have made a life long friend thankyou Ramhari. I would definitely recommend my friend to anyone thinking of doing this or any Trek
Epic, flexible and incredible
My friend and i joined them for this…Epic, flexible and incredible 14 day photography tour of Nepal
My friend and i joined them for this epic photography tour in Nepal, which was beyond our greatest expectations. The organiser met us at the airport late at night. They went beyond the normal course of the program. As a drone enthusiast , they took the trouble to painstakingly and patiently got my Mavic 3 drone registration that has enabled me to take incredible photos. We visited Katmandu UNESCO Heritage sites, Bhaktapur, Pokhara, Ghorepani, Ghandruk, Sarangkot, Phewa lake, Pittam Duerali, Chitwan National Park and were able to take incredible photos. They made certain photo stops along the way and gave us the flexibility. Their service was excellent and met all our expectations.
11 day EBC trek with Heaven Himalaya
We loved our 11-day short EBC trek with Heaven Himalaya! Our guide, Shankar, and porter, Ayush, made everything so smooth and easy. We were nervous about the altitude but they put our minds at ease. The food along the way was filling and delicious, and the tea houses were lovely. We had the best time and can’t wait to do another trek in Nepal soon!
Everest Base Camp (5363m) is one of the best attractions
Everest Base Camp (5363m) is one of the best attractions for adventurous travelers or thrill seekers. I did Everest Base Camp with my two other friends in April 2023. We organized the entire expedition from the very beginning to the very end. We began by spending two days in Kathmandu to make all the Trekker cards (passport photo needed) and every other piece of paper that was needed. Then we spent three days at the airport trying to get a flight into Lukla. There are a limited number of flights. It is hard, as the flights can be canceled due to weather and other reasons. The only flights available are from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. If you are planning your flight, then I recommend being early to the airport; at around 5 a.m., we tried to employ them for the trip. They soon got everything arranged. Once we got to Lukla (2800 m n.p.m.),. The trekking was going very well. The weather was decent, and there were amazing views. On the whole track, like usually in those places, we met amazing people, and the locals were always kind and willing to help out. In all the lodges we have stayed in, we were always happy with the food, clean rooms, and warm water. We had no problems finding places to sleep. During the whole trip, we did not buy water but collected standard tap water and distilled it with cleaning tablets. We have saved a lot of money, as water is the most expensive product in the Himalayas. We stayed for two days in two places: Namche Bazar (3440 m) and Dingboche (4530 m). We stayed for acclimation, which I would highly recommend. It helps you not get sick. You can see very interesting things when you have spare time during the acclimation and have time to rest. And finally, we got to the last available sleeping base: Lodge Gorak Shep, 5170 m. The day before trekking to the base camp, we have a trek to Kala Pattar, 5545 m. You can see one of the best views in the Himalayas. The most famous viewing range in the Himalayas is Black Rocks, Kala Pattar.
It spreads a 360-degree panorama, covering the entire southern wall of Mount Everest with the peaks of Nuptse and Pumori and at least five mighty glaciers. Then return. Trekking down takes a lot less time and requires no effort. But we had worse weather, as within one day, snow had fallen and covered half the track. Lower down in Namache Bazar, the sun has shined once again. We came back to Lukla with no trouble in one day. We have stayed at the Himalayan Lodge. We had good luck in the morning as we got up and got the flight to Kathmandu, where we stayed there for three days for a more detailed tour of the city and local life. We visited the Great Boudha Stupa, Swoyambhu Stupa, Taleju Temple, and all the world heritage site monument zones in Hanuman-Dhoka Durbar. We enjoyed local food and many other things. Finally, we safely came home. We would like to thank everyone who has helped us and whom we have met during our trekking and stay in Nepal. We spent the wonderful moments alone, and we found great and helpful people. NAMASTE!
