Day 02 :Sightseeing in Kathmandu (1,400m/4,593ft)

Day 03 :Drive to Sotikhola (700m/2,297ft) through Aarughat (520m/1,706ft): 8-9 Hours
Elevation: 700m
Early drive to Sotikhola.
Day 04 :Trek to Maccha Khola (900m/2,953ft): 5-6 Hours
Elevation: 869m
Cross the first bridge and trek through dense forests. Ascend Labubesi, and descend to the river where you will reach Machha Khola.
Day 05 :Trek to Jagat (1340m/4396ft): 6 Hours
Elevation: 1,340m
Trek today, pass Tatopani, ascend to a ridge, then cross the Budi Gandaki River and reach Dobhan. Ascend further on the uneven trail followed by stone stairs and then head towards Jagat village.
Day 06 : Trek to Chisapani (1,660m/5,249ft): 4-5 Hours
Elevation: 1,660m
Ascend towards Salleri through a rocky ridge. Then the descent to Sirdibas continues, following the valley of Ghatta Khola and heading towards Chisapani.
Day 07 :Trek to Chumling (2,386m/7,828ft)
Elevation: 2,386m
Start by crossing the gorge before descending towards the Tsum Valley. Pass Lokpa village and descend further through the forest to reach Chumling, crossing Siyar Khola.
Day 08 :Trek to Chokhangparo (3,010m/9,875ft): 4-5 Hours
Elevation: 3,010m
Start again by crossing a bridge and walking past Rainjam. Cross some more bridges, then Gho village, to reach Chokangparo village.
Day 09 :Trek to the Nile (3,361m/11,026ft): 4-5 Hours
Elevation: 3,361m
Hike to Lamagau then to Rachen Gompa. Continue the walk through some more villages. Pass Chhule village and ascend upstream to cross the bridge over the Nile.
Day 10 :Day trip to Mu Gompa (3,700m/12,139ft): 4-5 Hours
Elevation: 3,700m
Excursion close to the Tibetan border and later visits to Mu Gompa and Dhephu Doma Gompa. sightseeing around the area.
Day 11 :Trek to Rachen (3,240m/10,630ft): 4-5 Hours
Elevation: 3,240m
Start a late morning hike to Rachen and in about 5 hours you will reach Rachen. Overnight, at a guesthouse.
Day 12 :Trek to Chumling (2,386/7,828ft): 5-6 Hours
Elevation: 2,386m
Trek to Chhumling Valley, passing different vegetation and fauna on the way. It's a 5–6-hour trek. Overnight at a guesthouse in Chumling.
Day 13 :Trek to Lokpa (2,040m/6,693ft)5 Hours
Elevation: 2,240m
Descend to lokpa passing through jungles. It’s 5-6 hours of walking downwards. Overnight at a hotel in Lokpa.
Day 14 :Trek to Jagat (1340m/4396ft): 5-6 Hours
Elevation: 1,340m
Start the descent early. Passing through the rhododendron forest, you reach the Manaslu trail, then to Philim village, and finally arrive at Jagat.
Day 15 :Trek to Lapubesi (884m/2,900ft): 6-7 Hours
Elevation: 884m
After an early morning breakfast, we will be sliding to Lapu Bensi. The trek today will be quiet and lovely as we will stroll through the terrain and cross a few extensions. Trekking down to Machha Khola, we will once more traverse the Nauli Khola. We will eventually arrive at Lapu Bensi, a small and wonderful Gurung village, as we trek along the sandy stream bed of the Budhi Gandaki.
Day 16 :Drive back to Kathmandu. (1,400m/4,593ft)

It’s an 8-hour drive back to Kathmandu from Lapubesi. Tonight, spend some time at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Last month in May 2026, I did the Everest Base Camp hike with Heaven Himalaya, and it was absolutely amazing. From the start they made everything easy . What payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment through major credit cards, international bank (SWIFT) transfers or cash payments in ktm before the trek begins. But a deposit of 20% is required to book the trek and remaining payment can be settled in Nepa, on your preferred payment method.
What are the Cancellation and Refund Policy ?
You must note that your down payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. You have to mail us at info@heavenhimalaya.com at least 15 days prior to your trip departure date.
Sometimes the cancellation can be because of unpredictable events (including extreme natural occurrences, safety or political concerns, or unexpected airport shutdowns), where you’ll have the option to reschedule your trek. Your deposited sum will be transferred to your upcoming trip.
Can I postpone my trek after booking?
Yes, most trekking companies allow date changes. Deposits are often adjusted as credit depending on company policy.

Buying a SIM card in Nepal is simple and can be done upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or at authorized telecom outlets throughout Kathmandu. The two main carriers are Ncell and Nepal Telecom (NTC). You will need your passport and a passport-sized photo for registration.
Ncell offers the fastest 4G and is suitable for urban areas while NTC has more geographic reach making it more suitable in remote areas and high altitude trekking circuits. If you want peace of mind, you can get both. Both the carriers also offers eSIMs, if you phone supports them.
Where can I exchange money upon arrival in Nepal?
You can exchange foreign currency at the currency exchange counters located inside Tribhuvan International Airport after landing in Kathmandu. Exchange services are also widely available in tourist areas such as Thamel. Major currencies like USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD are commonly accepted for exchange.
