Our Book with Confidence Policy:
No additional charges for rescheduling trips
Under our “Book with Confidence” policy, we won’t be charging any amount to reschedule your trip before 30 days from the trip start date. If it’s late, then we may charge you some amount related to the arrangements made.
Lifetime Deposits
When you cancel or delay your Nepal tour, your money will be safe with us. You can always use the amount to book future tours and treks. Likewise, you can also pass the amount to your friend to book tours in his name with Heaven Himalaya.
Refund Guaranteed
If you cancel your trip for any reason, we will refund you the amount left after paying the cancellation fee. We are bound to charge a 20% cancellation fee as the logistics will already be ready before the trip starting date. We can’t undo the arrangements made to ensure your great travel experience.

Guaranteed Departures
Heaven Himalaya guarantees departures on every booked trip. In rare cases, if the trip is canceled or delayed because of unseen circumstances, you can choose to travel to a new destination within the same country.
Flexible Bookings
We have a very flexible booking under the book with confidence policy. The approach allows you to customize the trip according to your strength, time, and for various reasons. But, it should be communicated at least 15 days before the trip start date. If every logistic is arranged prior, then you can’t change the destination. But you can still make customizations in several ways: changing the number of days, side trips, etc.
Besides, you don’t need to pay 100% of the total amount before you arrive in the country where your trip runs. The trip can also be confirmed by paying 20% of the total payment.
You will receive the best price.
We are a local travel company registered in the national database with the government of Nepal. Thus, you will get the best price for every trip run by Heaven Himalaya. Since we are a local company, we do not require intermediaries to pay any commission fees. The amount you will pay will be the minimal amount required to run the trip smoothly.
There are no single supplements.
We don’t charge single supplements on small group excursions because we treat solo travelers equally with the rest of the group. To make sure you pay the same as everyone else, we may even pair you up with another traveler.
