How can I book a trip with Heaven Himalaya?

Step 1: Select the Package.

Step 2: Complete the Reservation Form. Scan your copy of your passport and submit it to us.

Step 3: Make a minimum of 20% down payment.

First, visit the packages or the activities section in the header menu. Then choose your desired package. After you click the title, you will be redirected to your desired package page. You can now use the booking button on the package page to redirect to a booking form. Then, you will fill in your details with the number of travelers accompanying you in the form and select submit. After you submit the information, deposit 20% of the total trip cost in Heaven Himalaya’s account. Here’s how you can make a payment.

Can I book a trip on behalf of my friends and family?

Yes, you can book for others, but be sure to enter the traveler’s details in the booking form and make at least a 20% deposit to secure permits and trip logistics.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once you book a trip and pay a 20% deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Heaven Himalaya after our team verifies your payment.

How much is the minimum deposit I should make to confirm the trip booking?

You must deposit at least 20% of the total trip cost to confirm your booking and initiate permits and logistics in your name.

Can I add other side trips and hotel stays after the booking is made?

Yes, you can request additional side trips or hotel stays by contacting us via email or phone—these extras will require separate payment.

Can I reschedule my trip after booking?

You can reschedule your trip for free by contacting us at least 15 days in advance, though a small fee may apply if arrangements have already been made.

How can I cancel my travel booking and get a refund?

To cancel, email us your reason; if you've paid in full, we’ll refund the amount minus a 20% cancellation charge, or you can opt to reschedule at no extra cost.

Are the activity times in my time zone or the activity’s time zone?

All activity times are based on the local time zone of the destination where the activity takes place.

Can I postpone my trip?

Yes, you can postpone your trip by sending us an email at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date.

What will happen to the amount paid earlier if I postpone my trip?

If you postpone your trip, the amount you’ve already paid will be transferred to your rescheduled trip.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is secure as we use trusted national bank gateways that tokenize credit card details and secure bank transfer data through encrypted servers.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, you can pay the remaining amount in cash using American dollars or Nepalese currency; for other currencies, we can assist you with money exchange services.

What payment methods can I use?

What currencies does Heaven Himalaya accept?

We accept payments in American dollars (USD) and Nepalese currency; other currencies require prior communication with our team.

You can pay the remaining amount either before your arrival or after reaching Nepal via bank transfer or by swiping your credit card at our facility.

Booking Changes:

How can I change my booking once it is confirmed?

If you need to make changes to your confirmed booking, please contact us at least 15 days before the trip start date, as permits and logistics are arranged in advance.

How do I remove participants from my team after booking?

To remove participants, simply email us the updated number of travelers along with the names of the individuals to be excluded.

Trip Cancellation and Refunds:

How can I cancel my trip?

You can cancel your trip by just sending an email to us about the reasons for the trip cancellation. Then our team will assist you with the refund process.

What do I do if I am late for my booked activity?

If you are late for the booked activity, you can reschedule the trip again. But the deposited amount won’t be transferred to the next trip as it will already be utilized to arrange transport, permits, and other services.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

For adventure activities, permits and logistics should be arranged at an early date. So, we also have to cancel the schedules and the paid permits if you cancel your trip. For that reason, we take 20% of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee. If you don’t want us to charge you, you can reschedule your trip to new available dates.

What do I do if my cancellation is because of unforeseen circumstances?

If your cancellation is because of unforeseen circumstances verified by the Heaven Himalaya team, your paid amount will be transferred to the next trip you book with us. If it’s over 20%, you will be refunded or transferred to the next booking you make with Heaven Himalaya.

How do I get a refund after I cancel my booking?

After you cancel your booking, the cost you have paid will be transferred to your credit card or the bank account, deducting the cancellation fee of 20%.

Food and Hotel:

What if I don’t like food?

You will have a complete menu of food items to choose from. If you don’t like one, you can go with the other. Or if the complete menu fails to satisfy you, you can ask your trip guide to look for an alternative.

Can I add extra days to the booked itinerary?

Yes, you can add extra days to the itinerary. If you have to add extra days, we recommend you add them to the last. Sometimes, we might have to change the itinerary because of unseen circumstances such as weather. So, during that time, the extra days will be very helpful to complete the trip.

During Activity:

Do I have to tip drivers, porters, and guides?

Tipping is a choice. We don’t mention it as a compulsory thing, but tips are expected in Nepal.

Will there be someone to pick me up at the airport?

Yes, a representative of Heaven Himalaya will be there to pick you up at the airport. He will welcome you and transfer you to your booked hotel in the respective cities.

Gears and Equipment:

Does Heaven Himalaya provide some gear?

Yes, Heaven Himalaya provides a sleeping bag and a duffel bag, which you have to return to us after use.

Where can I get trekking gear?

You can buy your trekking gear in your home country. If you can’t find anything or it’s expensive, then you can get it in Nepal. Our guide will help you buy gear if you don’t know the right shops.

Others:

Do the trip guides speak English?

Yes, all the trip guides we use are certified and can speak English.

Are the trekking guides of Heaven Himalaya trained?

Heaven Himalaya only uses trained trekking guides for their trips. Besides, the guides we use are all licensed by the National Tourism Board of Nepal.

Do I get any certification for completing the treks in Nepal?

Yes, you will get a trip completion certificate from Heaven Himalaya after you complete your journey.

Do I have to carry everything by myself during trekking?

No, you will have a porter to carry your things while trekking. You just have to carry your personal bag with important things such as gadgets and money. You can keep them in the duffel bag provided by Heaven Himalaya, which will be carried by a porter. He will walk with you on the trails.
